What payment methods can I use online?

There is various payment methods for you to pay, including: Visa, Mastercard, BPay, Zip (Buy now Pay later), Bank transfer and PayPal.

What currency can I use on the website?

Customers will be billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) however, for overseas customers this may show up on your statement in local currency. For further advise with this please refer to your bank.

How will the payment show up on my bank or credit card statement?

All purchases online will show up on bank and credit card statements as “RG and GM Holdings Pty Ltd” and not include any reference to the order.

How secure is my transaction?

The security and privacy of your transaction is extremely important to us and Adult Emporium Outlet uses accepted methods to ensure that your details are secure. We have robust systems and procedures in place to protect your privacy whenever we collect, store and use or information.

When you place an order with Adult Emporium Outlet, we may request personal information including your name and billing address, email address, delivery and payment information which is only held on secure servers with us. Adult Emporium Outlet strictly adheres to the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act (Commonwealth) 1988 and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties or charges must be paid by the customer / recipient of the order. Adult Emporium Outlet is not liable for any custom or import charges, duties or tariffs for customers destination country.

We advise all of out international customers to contact local customs for their respective charges prior to ordering.

How do I know you have received my order?

Once you have placed an order with Adult Emporium Outlet you will receive a confirmation email to the address you have provided. If you place an order that was successful online and not receive a confirmatory email please check your other folders, such as ‘junk’. If the email has not been received please contact us direct.

Can I add or remove items from my order once confirmed?

Once orders have been confirmed online, we are unable to amend any of the order details due to the rapid dispatch methods we use. However, we’ll be happy to exchange your items in line with our Returns policy.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have placed an order in error and then wish to cancel it, please contact a Customer Support Team within 2 hours of placing your order. As we strive to prepare and dispatch your order as soon as possible, you will need to telephone us direct and not via email.

The Customer Support Team will do their best to cancel your order however, if the order has been dispatched, we will be unable to do this. If this happens, please don’t worry as you can return your order using our returns system and we would be happy to help you with your intended order or a refund.


Shipping and delivery options that matches your every need

Once you have completed shopping with us and you proceed to check out, you can choose the shipping option that best suits you; standard or express. Adult Emporium Outlet uses Australia Post for its delivery service which is fully trackable.

What do you mean by discreet packaging?

All packaging is sent in standard parcel or padded envelopes that are accepted by Australia POST with standard acceptable address labels. All packages sent are completely free from any identifying marks that would giveaway the details of the contents. Ensuring customer confidentiality and security.

How long will it take to ship my package?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is shipped out through Australia Post on the same day. Depending on the delivery option you choose at checkout, Standard or Express, the times may differ dependent on location.  Please refer to our Shipping policy for detailed information on this.

Is free shipping available?

Yes, free shipping is available on all orders over $50 AUD. Standard and Express shipping is offered on all other orders.

What happens if I miss the parcel delivery time?

Australia Post will leave a card at the delivery address for you to collect from the nearest Post Office.

Do you ship and deliver orders overseas from Australia?

We ship throughout Australia and New Zealand at the moment and will shortly be able to offer our products / services overseas.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes, your order can be delivered to your work address and if you want this to happen, please ensure the delivery address is changed to reflect the different address. Be assured that all packages are sent discreetly through the normal postal system without causing any awkwardness in the workplace.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking your order via Australia Post is available.

Can I change from Standard to Express delivery?

Once the order has been confirmed and dispatched, the delivery option can not be changed.

My order has not arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery times from Australia Post, please contact our Customer Support Team and we will assist you. Please ensure you have the order number and details handy to help us process the request quickly.
