Returns Policy

Policy for returning adult products(s)

Please choose carefully before you buy. Due to health and hygiene reason, we are unable to offer an exchange policy for a change of mind on adult products.

For faulty products, we offer a 90 day replacement warranty, from the date of purchase. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products however, to maintain our high level of customer service, we will always endeavour to keep our customers happy and satisfied.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product, in accordance with our terms and conditions. If we cannot replace the product with a like for like option, we will offer you the choice of selecting another product to the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Before returning your adult product(s)

Before returning a faulty product, please follow a few simple testing measures as follows:

  • Make sure you are using the correct batteries;
  • Make sure the batteries have been installed correctly;
  • Try another and / or new batteries;
  • Make sure battery connectors are not wet or have moisture;
  • Hold controls for 3 – 5 seconds to turn on; and
  • Contact our Customer Service Team for troubleshooting tips.

If all else fails, please return the product to the below mentioned address.

Policy for returning lingerie / costumes / footwear

For change of mind, we offer a 90 day, no hassle exchange policy on the proviso that the exchange garment meets the conditions as set below:

  • Any labels are still attached to the garment.
  • Products are returned in the original undamaged box.
  • The product has not been worn (except to try on for size).
  • The product has not been damaged or soiled.
  • The product has not been altered by you in any way.
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice.
  • We do not accept returns for latex wear, pantyhose, stockings and stocking type bodysuits.

Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to on lingerie carefully.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order/invoice number
  • Reason why you are returning and instructions on how you would prefer the issue resolved
  • Original order confirmation or invoice.

Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a faulty item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within five (5) working days from the date we receive the faulty product.
